Level 3 Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Practitioner – Package worth up to £31,780 per year
Salary: £30,680 per annum + £1,000 Welcome Bonus + Up to £100 per month Travel Allowance*
Hours: Full-time 40 Hours, Monday - Friday with flexible options available

The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe, engaging environment. You will:
- Plan fun, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
- Build trusted relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively to maintain a happy, supportive atmosphere
About You
You’re compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference every day.
Essential:
- Level 3 childcare qualification
- Confident written and spoken English
Desirable:
- Experience in an Early Years setting
- Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
