The Role
As a Nursery Thirdin Charge, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe,engaging environment. You will:
- Support thenursery leadership team by leading through positive rolemodelling and maintaining high standards.
- Guide anddevelop staff through coaching, supervision and teamcollaboration.
- Build strongpartnerships with parents and carers through effectivecommunication and support.
- Help maintainstaffing, ratios and the smooth day-to-day running of thenursery.

- Confidentwritten and spoken English
- Experience in anEarly Years setting
- Knowledge ofEYFS and safeguarding best practices
