The Role
As aNursery Room Leader, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in asafe, engaging environment. You will:
- Leada nurturing, high-quality learning environment.
- Supportand mentor team members.
- Buildstrong relationships with children and families.
- Maintainsafeguarding, records and room standards.

You’recompassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference everyday.
- Confidentwritten and spoken English
- Experiencein an Early Years setting
- Knowledgeof EYFS and safeguarding best practices
