Your Role as Room Leader:
- Create engaging, age-appropriate experiences that support children’s development
- Lead by example, promoting a nurturing and inclusive environment
- Support staff with high-quality observations and updates on EyLog
- Champion the key person approach to build secure attachments
- Maintain accurate records using EyMan and ensure compliance with EYFS
- Safeguard the wellbeing of children, staff, and families at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification - Essential
- 1+ Year Experience in Early Years - Essential
- 6+ Months in a Senior Role - Desirable
- Strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted standards
- Fluent in written and spoken English
