Family First Day Nurseries is seeking an Onboarding & Compliance Administrator to lead safeguarding compliance for new starters and apprentices across our nursery network. This role ensures checks are completed to Ofsted/EYFS safeguarding standards before start dates.
You'll work with hiring managers to chase references and documents, maintain audit-ready records, and help us recruit safe, well-supported teams across the growing group.
