Family First is seeking an Onboarding & Compliance Administrator to lead safeguarding checks for new starters and apprentices across our growing nursery network. This long-term temporary role combines DBS processing with proactive reference chasing, in a hybrid setup with 1 day per week in Welwyn Garden City.

You will work with the Talent team to ensure Ofsted/EYFS safeguarding standards are met before start dates, maintain audit-ready records, and liaise with hiring managers to keep onboarding.
