As our new Regional Facilities Lead, you’ll lead the way in delivering a high-performing, proactive facilities service across your region.

You’ll work closely with nursery teams, contractors, and the central helpdesk to manage reactive and planned maintenance, minor works, and ensure compliance — creating safe, inspiring environments for children and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Experience in hard facilities or estates management across multiple sites.
  • Strong working knowledge of statutory PPM and building compliance
  • Experience managing contractors and project delivery
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Confident using digital platforms (e.g., CAFM, Monday.com)

Desirable:

  • IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
  • Project management experience or accreditation
  • Experience in education, childcare, or regulated settings
