As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an Ecommerce / Digital Sales Consultant to join our successful team and play an important role in developing our online sales operation. The Role You will support the day-to-day digital sales activity of Family Cars NI, helping customers throughout their online buying journey while maintaining and developing our digital presence. Key Responsibilities Respond to and manage online customer enquiries. Assist with online transactions and customer sales. Manage and update vehicle advertisements across online platforms. Ensure vehicle listings are accurate, engaging and presented professionally. Support the company's website, social media and digital platforms. Follow up online leads and help convert enquiries into sales. Assist with digital marketing and promotional activity. Work closely with the wider sales team to deliver excellent customer service. About You The successful candidate will ideally have: At least 1 year's experience in a sales environment. Experience or qualifications in digital, ecommerce, digital marketing or a related field. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Good computer and digital skills with strong attention to detail. A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach. The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player. A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry would be advantageous. Dealership experience is not essential we are open to candidates from a range of sales and digital backgrounds.
