Location: 232 Frosses Rd, Cloughmills, Ballymena BT44 9PU

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Saturdays: 9:00am - 1:00pm (some Saturdays off)

The Role: As an Experienced Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving vehicle sales and maximising opportunities across finance and ancillary products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer enquiries from a variety of channels including telephone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-in customers
  • Building strong relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach
  • Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles and finance solutions
  • Conducting professional vehicle presentations and test drives
  • Managing the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
  • Following up leads and maintaining regular customer contact to maximise conversion rates
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Assisting with stock presentation, showroom standards, and forecourt display
  • Delivering outstanding aftersales support and customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals
