Family Care Group is inviting applications for the SEND Teacher role. This position is based at our Rodenhurst School, a therapeutic setting that delivers an individualised SEN education programme, primarily to KS3 pupils. The school is located in beautiful Shropshire and supports up to 15 pupils with EHC plans in classes of no more than six, with full time Learning Support Assistants alongside the teacher.
The teacher will deliver learning using a primary-model curriculum, address a diverse range of needs – including ASC, trauma and social and emotional difficulties – and work within a supportive, family‑focused ethos that has recently been rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED.
