Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of fresh café and bistro‑style dishes to a consistently high standard
- Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen during busy service periods

- Assisting with stock control, food production, and kitchen organisation
- Minimising waste and ensuring ingredients are used efficiently

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Chef within a café, bistro, or other busy hospitality environment

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
