LOCATION - FAASS, Lillesdon, Nr Taunton, TA3 6BY CONTRACT TYPES - Waking Night Contract Come and join our amazing team at FAASS!

We have fantastic long-term staff and low turnover because we focus on great teamwork, support and development.

We also provide a very important service.

FAASS is a unique family centre providing 12-week residential placements for parents and their babies, where parenting support needs have been identified by Social Services.

The babies may have been identified as being at risk of trauma, neglect or abuse.

The parent(s) may have learning difficulties, or have been previously impacted by drugs, alcohol or domestic instability, which has impacted on their ability to properly care for their baby.

Throughout the residential placement, our team give the parents advice, basic training and support to help them develop the skills needed to keep their baby safe and nurtured.

Our staff record observations of each family's progress as part of or assessment service, working in partnership with both Social Services and the family court.

The whole team have a child-focused approach, combined with their commitment to learning and improvement they have gained a reputation for service excellence.

To join our valued team, you will have: Experience of working within a caring environment, or with children within any context (further training will be provided) A commitment to safeguarding and protecting children from harm (further training will be provided).

Excellent written skills including sound spelling and grammatical ability.

Basic IT skills to update our in-house recording database.

A full UK driving license.

We are in a rural location with no public transport links nearby.

You will have access to a company vehicle during working hours.
