The Technical Advisor will provide expert technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate specifications, resolving project challenges, and contributing to product development and fire testing initiatives. A successful candidate will receive around six months of one‑to‑one practical training and structured support to develop the knowledge needed to pass the IFE Level 2 qualification.
What Youll Do
- Provide technical advice to customers via email and phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Deliver full specifications and assist with AutoCAD details for projects.
- Conduct product awareness training and occasional site visits to resolve project‑specific issues.
- Support fire test installations and maintain accurate reporting of technical KPIs and trends.
- Continuously improve technical processes and contribute to innovation in firestopping solutions.
