About the Role
As an Early Years Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our team, creating a warm, engaging and enriching environment where every child feels safe, seen, and inspired to learn. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0–5 through meaningful play and planned experiences
- Ensuring every child feels valued, nurtured and challenged according to their unique interests and needs
- Following safeguarding procedures and promoting a culture of safety and care
- Building strong partnerships with parents and families
- Reflecting on your practice and actively engaging in training and development

Schedule
Monday to Friday – part time, 4 hours per day over lunch time. 10:30am - 2:30pm
