Family Adventures Group, at Little Adventures Nursery in Weston-Super-Mare, seeks a Third in Charge & SENDCo to support the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager, leading SEND provision and ensuring high-quality care, learning and development in line with the EYFS.
You will coach colleagues, monitor safeguarding, promote inclusion and work with families and external professionals to plan effective SEND strategies, always upholding the nursery’s ARCH values.
