About The Role

  • As an Early Years Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our team, creating a warm, engaging and enriching environment where every child feels safe, seen, and inspired to learn.
  • Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5 through meaningful play and planned experiences.
  • Ensuring every child feels valued, nurtured and challenged according to their unique interests and needs.
  • Following safeguarding procedures and promoting a culture of safety and care.
  • Building strong partnerships with parents and families.
  • Reflecting on your practice and actively engaging in training and development.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong interest in working with children, to help them develop and grow.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
  • Great communication and teamwork skills.
  • A reflective, can-do attitude and a willingness to grow.
  • A current Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo a check.

Schedule

Monday to Friday - part time, 3 hours per day over lunch time.
