Family Adventures Group is seeking a Colleague Planner to coordinate staffing across nurseries and support functions.

You will manage deployment plans, monitor availability and assist with quick responses to absences and changing operational needs.

The role starts at 7:30am with a 7:30am–12:30pm pattern (25 hours/week), and flexible hours may be discussed.

The position contributes to safe staffing levels and efficient workforce deployment.
