About the Role

As an Early Years Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our team, creating a warm, engaging and enriching environment where every child feels safe, seen, and inspired to learn. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0–5 through meaningful play and planned experiences
  • Ensuring every child feels valued, nurtured and challenged according to their unique interests and needs
  • Following safeguarding procedures and promoting a culture of safety and care
  • Building strong partnerships with parents and families
  • Reflecting on your practice and actively engaging in training and development

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, empathy and excellence to everything they do. You’ll need:

  • A strong interest in working with children, to help them develop and grow
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • A reflective, can-do attitude and a willingness to grow
  • A current Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo a check

Schedule

Monday to Friday – part time, 3 hours per day over lunch time
