At Little Adventures Nursery, we don’t just provide childcare – we nurture little adventurers with big imaginations, kind hearts and curious minds. We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Assistant to support children aged 0–5 and be part of a fun, motivated and supportive team.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0–5 through meaningful play and planned experiences
- Ensuring every child feels valued, nurtured and challenged according to their unique interests and needs
- Following safeguarding procedures and promoting a culture of safety and care
- Building strong partnerships with parents and families
- Reflecting on your practice and actively engaging in training and development
What We’re Looking For
- A strong interest in working with children, to help them develop and grow
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A reflective, can-do attitude and a willingness to grow
- A current Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo a check

Schedule
Monday to Friday – part time, 3 hours per day over lunch time
