You’ll play a key role in helping families begin their childcare journey with us, from their first enquiry to registration, while learning how to manage enquiries, analyse data, and use HubSpot automation tools to support family communications. Key Responsibilities
- Handle telephone and email enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and accuracy.
- Support families through their journey from first contact to registration.
- Schedule and confirm nursery tours, updating HubSpot and ensuring prompt follow‑up.
