About The Role
- As an Early Years Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of our team, creating a warm, engaging and enriching environment where every child feels safe, seen, and inspired to learn.
- Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0-5 through meaningful play and planned experiences.
- Ensuring every child feels valued, nurtured and challenged according to their unique interests and needs.
- Following safeguarding procedures and promoting a culture of safety and care.
- Building strong partnerships with parents and families.
- Reflecting on your practice and actively engaging in training and development.
What We're Looking For
- A strong interest in working with children, to help them develop and grow.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- A reflective, can-do attitude and a willingness to grow.
- A current Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo a check.
