Family Action's Group Facilitator role in North Somerset offers 14.8 hours per week in a permanent, office-based post with travel across the area. You will deliver trauma-informed group sessions for adult survivors of sexual violence, both remote and in-person, and support a small team of volunteers.
You will lead psycho-educational pre-therapy and post-therapy groups, provide staff training, and work within a trauma-informed framework centered on healing, resilience, and empowerment.
