We are now looking for a Software Product Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week with the potential for flexible working arrangements. The Role As a Software Product Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of software products that enable our teams to provide essential services to families and communities across the UK. You’ll play a key role in our new software development team, ensuring our systems are user-focused, accessible, and effective. By developing a deep understanding of user goals, needs, and behaviours, you’ll shape a clear development roadmap and ensure every product supports the delivery of our services and operational processes. Working closely with the Head of Software Development and colleagues across the organisation, you’ll help ensure our software empowers staff to work productively and delivers the best possible outcomes for the people we support. About You To be considered as a Software Product Manager, you will need: – Proven experience in a product manager, business analyst or similar role within a software development environment – Demonstrable experience in gathering and documenting stakeholder and end-user goals and needs for complex systems – Excellent business analysis, project management and communication skills – A customer-focused mindset, committed to delivering high-quality, user-centred applications The closing date for this role is Sunday 27th July 2025 at 23:59.
