We are now looking for a National and Local Accounts Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As our National and Local Accounts Manager, you will oversee the effective management and delivery of Relates contracted relationship support services.
Specifically, you will lead the full lifecycle of contracts, from design and negotiation to monitoring, renewal, and innovation, collaborating with commissioners, funders, and partners to ensure our services deliver quality, value, and impact.
Using a strategic and analytical approach, youll evaluate performance data, financial information, and feedback to inform decisions, enhance service delivery, and drive continuous improvement.
Additionally, you will:
– Line manage and support Contract Managers
– Oversee budgets and financial control to ensure value-for-money across all contracts
– Provide contract insights to inform bids, tenders, and service innovation
About You
To be considered as a National and Local Accounts Manager, you will need:
– Proven experience managing contracts in public, voluntary, or commercial settings
– Experience working with commissioners, funders, and stakeholders
– Experience in budget setting, financial oversight, and ensuring value-for-money
– Experience managing and developing staff, with a creative, solution-focused approach
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
– Strong analytical skills with experience in service monitoring and reporting
– A willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and travel nationally as required
– To be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a relevant field
