Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls using provided leads
  • Professionally introduce purpose of call (no product selling)
  • Invite clients for a complimentary financial review
  • Qualify prospects and fix appointments for licensed consultants
  • Confirm details and conduct reminder follow-ups
  • Update call outcomes accurately and comply with scripts

Requirements:

  • Telemarketing or customer service experience preferred
  • Confident communicator with good phone etiquette
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Reliable and target-driven
