Job description Since 2021, Famileo has been growing strongly in the B2B UK market, with over 200 care homes and several thousand users who use our solution. We are now looking for a Sales Representative in the UK to join our growing team, starting from January, 2025. You will report directly to our UK Sales Manager. You will be responsible for developing the portfolio in Wales and south west of England. We’re offering you the chance to develop in an environment where initiative and autonomy are important – all in an ultra-dynamic, expert atmosphere. You will: Actively engage and generate leads for business generation (cold calling, emails, social networks…), Work to individual and team targets, Meet with prospects (physically and virtually), demonstrate our platform and present our solution to people at all levels of seniority in the care sector, Attend networking and sector specific events, Negotiate and deploy our innovative offering with new care homes and, in collaboration with our Client Support team, monitor the implementation of our solution, Establish links with your key contacts and influencers over the long term, Ensuring regular and accurate reporting, using our CRM (Pipedrive). As you will be working for a French company, you will be travelling at least 2/3 times a year in Saint-Malo, France, to strengthen the relationships with the team and for trainings. If you are based near Bristol that would be ideal (location open to discussion). Qualifications Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record. Passion or experience in the care sector is a plus. Results-driven, self-motivated, with expertise in lead generation and sales presentations. Strong interpersonal skills, aligned with our values of people-first, team spirit, and care. Well-organized, able to plan sales routes, and willing to travel for client meetings and industry events. CRM experience (Pipedrive is a plus). Native English speaker or fluent in English, with basic French skills. Full UK driving license and “right to work in the UK” required. Other information Home office position with regular travel in your region. Work contract under British labor law with British payroll management (French Company registered in the UK as employer without subsidiary in the UK at date). Remuneration package consisting of a fixed salary with monthly and uncapped bonuses.
