A well-established and highly regarded property company based in Baker Street is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team. This is a varied, hands-on role with overall responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the office, alongside providing administrative support to the wider sales team. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, with one day working from home. The package includes 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and private medical insurance.
The Role:
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Managing office supplies, facilities, suppliers and general office requirements
- Sales support for the negotiators
- Assist with diary management for Directors
- Supporting the sales team with property administration when required
- Preparing and issuing sales memorandums and property documentation
- Uploading and maintaining property listings across relevant portals
- Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, contractors and external service providers
- Helping to coordinate team events, meetings and other office initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Experienced within residential property/estate agency is essential
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Property experience and knowledge of Reapit would be highly advantageous
- A genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- The successful candidate will have previous experience in an Office Manager, Administrator, Business Manager or similar role, within a property or estate agency environment.
