Our client is a long-established Property Management company based in East London. Due to continued growth, they are recruiting for a reliable Property Administrator to join their team. The Property Administrator will be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and contractors. Working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 3:00pm on Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising and assisting tenants with logging maintenance issues via the online portal
  • Allocating maintenance requests to relevant property managers through the system
  • Processing and monitoring online Right-to-Rent renewals
  • Maintaining office supplies and stationery
  • Supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the office
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors to the office
  • Handling and fielding all incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
