Base pay range

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a law firm based in Hertfordshire who are currently recruiting for a qualified Solicitor with a strong background in property to join their team.

This role will handle a variety of Residential and Commercial transactions from start to completion working with a highly regarded client portfolio.

This position offers hybrid working, parking, private medical insurance and most importantly, a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing a caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
• Managing refinancing transactions (not essential)
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and other legal documents
• Communicating with clients, estate agents and third parties
• Handling the exchange of contracts and completion processes
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulation
• Offering legal advice to clients on property-related issues

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years\’ PQE experience within conveyancing
• Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
• Ability to manage a varied caseload of transactions with minimal supervision
