We are representing a well-established and growing property company with a portfolio of residential and mixed-use assets across London and Israel. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their professional and close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and highly organised property professional to take responsibility for a diverse portfolio while working closely with senior stakeholders across both the UK and Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties across London, ensuring high standards of maintenance, compliance, and service delivery.
  • Ensure all properties comply with health & safety, fire safety, and statutory requirements, carrying out regular site inspections and addressing issues proactively.
  • Manage contractors, consultants, and service providers, overseeing routine maintenance, cyclical works, planned improvements, and major works projects, including Section 20 consultations where required.
  • Prepare and manage service charge budgets, monitor expenditure, review contracts, and ensure effective financial management across the portfolio.
  • Liaise with clients, residents, contractors, consultants, and professional advisers in both the UK and Israel, attending meetings as required.
  • Maintain accurate property records, compliance documentation, and certifications.
  • Assist with insurance claims, compliance matters, and dispute resolution.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members where appropriate.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential block and/or mixed-use property management.
  • Strong knowledge of property legislation, service charges, health & safety compliance, and Section 20 consultations.
  • IRPM, TPI, RICS, or similar property qualifications are advantageous.
  • Hebrew language skills are highly desirable due to regular interaction with stakeholders and property interests in Israel.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
