An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional, highly organised and personable Secretary / Administrator to join a well-established Property Management Group based in E5. This is a varied role combining administrative, secretarial and front-of-house reception duties, providing support to the Property Management team within a busy office environment. This is a fully office based role, Monday - Thursday 9:00am – 5:30pm and Friday's 9:00am – 3:00pm. Off street parking available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing front-of-house reception duties, meeting and greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
- Diary management, arranging meetings and appointments.
- Managing correspondence, emails and general office communications.
- Preparing letters, reports and property-related documentation.
- Assisting the Property Management team with general administration.
- Opening and maintaining property files and updating internal databases.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post.
- Ordering office supplies and ensuring the office is well organised and maintained.
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous Receptionist and Administrative experience is essential.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
