This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support a busy Property Management team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination and administration of a residential property portfolio. The role would suit someone with previous property administration or property management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the property management team.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and instruct contractors to carry out repairs.
- Arrange planned maintenance works and statutory compliance inspections.
- Liaise with tenants, leaseholders, contractors and clients.
- Respond to queries relating to repairs, maintenance and general property matters.
- Process insurance claims from initial notification through to completion, including coordinating repair works and contractor invoices.
- Process and reconcile supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Maintain accurate property records and update the company's property management system.
- Assist with compliance documentation and ensure health and safety records are updated.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within residential property, property management, block management or a property administration role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good administrative and financial processing skills, including invoice processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
