Our client is a well-established, family-run property business based in North London, seeking an organised and proactive PA/Property Administrator to support two Directors in a fast-paced and friendly office environment. Working within a small, close-knit team, this is a varied role combining PA duties with hands-on property administration responsibilities. You will play a key role in the day-to-day management and administration of a busy property portfolio, including properties and interests connected to Israel.
Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with on-site parking available.
Key responsibilities include:- Providing PA support to two Directors
- Managing property administration and maintenance issues
- Acting as first point of contact for tenants and assisting with onboarding
- Liaising with estate agents and external contractors
- Advertising available properties
- Managing and updating the company’s bespoke database (full training provided)
- Handling email correspondence on behalf of the Directors
- Chasing and monitoring rent payments, including updating rent changes
- Supporting with general lettings and tenancy matters
- Liaising with offices based in Israel
- Hebrew language skills are desirable
- Previous experience in property, lettings, or estate agency is essential
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using databases and Microsoft Office systems
