A highly successful, boutique property company based in North West London is currently seeking a PA / Administrator to support its Directors and wider team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a varied role and enjoys being at the centre of a busy office. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with on-site parking available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing PA support to Directors, including diary and inbox management
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external queries
  • Supporting with general office and administrative processes
  • Assisting with property and lettings administration where required
  • Liaising with contractors and external suppliers
  • Handling general enquiries and day-to-day operational issues

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a PA or administrative role
  • Experience within property or lettings is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a small, professional team
