A well-established and busy legal practice is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to join their team in E5. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for clients, while also providing essential administrative support to the property and wider legal team. This is a fully office-based role with working hours of Monday to Thursday 9:00am–5:30pm and Friday 9:00am–3:00pm. The role offers a generous benefits package, including 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, with on-site parking available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as first point of contact for clients
- Managing incoming calls, emails and general reception duties
- Supporting the property team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Preparing and formatting legal and property documentation
- Assisting with file opening, document management and case administration
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other professionals
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a corporate, legal or professional services environment (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional, presentable and client-focused approach
- Property administration experience is highly desirable
