A reputable North West London high-street law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer or experienced Paralegal to join its friendly and supportive property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer or Paralegal who thrives in a busy office where no two days are the same. Previous experience in conveyancing is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion
• Managing leasehold and freehold transactions confidently
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors
• Ensuring all work complies with regulatory requirements and internal firm policies
• Stay informed about developments in property law and ensure compliance with legal standards.

Key Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
• Previous experience as a Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancer or experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• A client-centred approach and the ability to work effectively within a supportive team
