An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional and highly organised Secretary / Receptionist to join a busy and well-established accountancy practice. This is a varied role providing essential administrative and front-of-house support within a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary management for one Director, including scheduling client meetings and internal appointments, as well as arranging Teams and Zoom meetings
- Managing and responding to client emails
- Sending documentation for signature via DocuSign
- Onboarding new clients onto internal databases
- Preparing and issuing client documentation
- Raising, processing and monitoring invoices, including chasing overdue payments
- Ordering office supplies and supporting general office administration
- Supporting new client onboarding including AML checks and preparation of engagement letters for individuals and companies
- Managing incoming post and updating client records on CCH
