Our client is a respected legal practice based in North West London who are seeking a proactive Property Paralegal to support their Residential Conveyancing team. As a Property Paralegal, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of residential conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to post-completion. You’ll be working closely with clients, estate agents and legal professionals to ensure a smooth and efficient property transfer process.
- Manage end-to-end residential property transactions
- Liaise professionally with clients, agents and mortgage lenders to provide updates and resolve queries
- Conduct property due diligence, including title and land registry checks and local authority searches
- Draft and review key legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds and mortgage papers
- Oversee financial elements such as deposit handling, exchange of contracts and SDLT calculations
2 years+ experience in residential conveyancing or a legal property support role. Familiarity with legal documentation and property law compliance.
