We are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team—an exciting opportunity to be part of a people-focused consultancy with a loyal client base, a collaborative culture and experienced leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates across various sectors
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships, both existing and new
• Proactively identify and capitalise on business development opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with professionalism and efficiency
• Collaborate with the team to achieve both personal and collective goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in achieving or exceeding performance targets
• Experience within a recruitment environment (agency or in-house)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to match the right candidates with the right clients
• A driven and positive mindset with a strong desire to succeed
• A genuine passion for recruitment and people
