A well-established, family-owned property management company based in North London is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their close-knit team on a part time basis. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing a residential portfolio, strong IT skills, and the ability to work autonomously. There is also some exposure to commercial property management, making this a varied and interesting role. This position is part time, (20–25 hours per week across 4 or 5 days) and is fully office-based.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high-end residential property portfolio
- Supporting with aspects of commercial property management where required
- Overseeing property maintenance and repairs
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Organising, managing, and overseeing refurbishment works
- Handling property and insurance-related matters
- Raising rental invoices and chasing rent arrears
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property files
- Using MS Office and property management software such as PropMan (or similar)
