Recruitment Manager specialising in Finance, Property & Business Support roles
We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join a reputable property management group based in North West London. This is a rewarding role suited to a highly organised individual with a strong background in managing residential portfolios.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse residential portfolio of approximately 180–200 units, ensuring high standards of compliance and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Full management of Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs)
- Issuing statutory notices, including Section 21, Section 13, Section 8 and Section 42
- Rent arrears management and debt recovery
- Handling tenancy renewals, referencing and documentation
- Managing inventories, check‑ins, and check‑outs
- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance
- Monitoring void properties and implementing strategies to minimise vacancy periods
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety legislation
- Conducting biannual property inspections
- Maintaining accurate property records and diaries using Qube Property Management Software
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in residential property management
- Strong working knowledge of UK landlord and tenant law
- Experience using property management systems (Qube preferred)
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills
- Full UK driving licence
