We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Management Administrator to support two experienced Property Managers within a well-established property management business.
This is a varied, hands-on role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent customer service to clients, tenants and leaseholders.
Key Responsibilities Support two Property Managers with the management of a residential property portfolio.
Arrange reactive maintenance call-outs and coordinate contractors to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
Schedule planned maintenance and statutory servicing works as required.
Liaise with tenants, leaseholders, contractors and clients.
Handle queries relating to service charges, repairs and maintenance works.
Process insurance claims from initial notification through to completion, including arranging repair works and managing contractor invoices.
Process, check and manage supplier invoices accurately.
Maintain accurate records using the company's property management systems.
Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety requirements.
Key
Requirements: Previous experience within residential property management or block management.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills.
Good administrative and financial processing skills, including invoice management.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
