Fame Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established Residential Sales & Lettings company in St John’s Wood, who are expanding their team and looking for an experienced Property Administrator to join their dynamic, professional office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to the sales & lettings teams
  • Email management
  • Preparing sales property details, booking photography, EPCs, floorplans, and creating window cards
  • Producing sales property lists and generating sales forms
  • Supporting mailouts by adding property links and monitoring compliance documentation
  • Managing AML and ID verification processes for buyers and sellers
  • Preparing valuation packs and liaising with solicitors
  • Assisting with marketing projects

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a property admin role (Estate Agency essential)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills and the confidence to work independently
