Due to expansion, they are seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Admin Assistant to join their team. Located in North West London, this role offers on-site parking and a great work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general day-to-day administrative support to the property management team
  • Handle queries from utility providers and tenants
  • Keep all tenant and provider information updated on CRM
  • Check and process bills to ensure they are payable
  • Notify councils and utility providers of tenant move-ins
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
  • Deal with incoming phone queries and emails
