Salary: £45,000–£55,000 + Excellent Benefits Our client is a well-established charitable organisation with strong ties to Israel, seeking a motivated Private Client Solicitor, Probate Executive or Chartered Legal Executive to join its friendly Legacy team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified Solicitor or experienced Probate Executive to develop their career while managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration matters within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage Probate and Estate Administration matters.
Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Prepare Probate applications and assist with inheritance tax matters.
Liaise with executors, beneficiaries and professional advisers.
Deliver a compassionate and professional service to clients.
About You Qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 years' PQE), Chartered Legal Executive or Probate Executive.
Experience in Wills, Probate or Private Client law.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.
