We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director of a successful investment company based in North West London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and professional team, working alongside an experienced PA in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive and complex diary management, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Inbox management – prioritising, responding and flagging key communications.
- Organising meetings, travel arrangements and logistics.
- Acting as a key point of liaison for clients, ensuring smooth communication.
- Billing administration – tracking hours for client invoicing.
- Expense management – keeping financial records up to date.
