We are seeking a motivated Paralegal to support the conveyancing team, working alongside a growing team processing high-value transactions. This role blends legal and administrative tasks and offers ample scope for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting basic licences and ancillary legal documents
- Preparing and submitting SDLT forms and Land Registry applications
- Managing pre- and post-completion tasks
- Coordinating property searches and documentation
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and relevant third parties
- Keeping case files and systems up to date and compliant
Key Requirements:
- A law degree or relevant legal experience (essential)
- Experience in conveyancing (essential)
