Our client is a leading hospitality company known for delivering high-end, bespoke events across the UK and Israel. We are seeking a dedicated Personal PA to support the Director in a 1-1 role.

This is a pivotal role supporting the Director in both their personal and business life. You’ll be a trusted gatekeeper, confidant, and right-hand support, ensuring that the Director’s day-to-day life runs smoothly and efficiently. Knowledge or understanding of the Hebrew language is desirable due to a large client based located in Israel.

This position is 4.5 days a week, and offers parking, generous holidays and an early finish on Friday’s.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full personal assistance to the Director, including diary management, travel bookings, and daily schedules

• Act as the main point of contact for personal and household matters, including liaising with service providers, household staff and contractors

• Organise personal appointments, events and social engagements

• Manage and prioritise personal emails, correspondence and phone calls

• Book and coordinate personal travel, including flights, accommodation and itineraries (UK and international)

• Assist with the management of personal finances, expenses and invoices

• Handle personal errands and ad hoc requests as needed (e.g., gift buying, reservations, online orders)

• Liaising with clients based in Israel

• Dealing with incoming client queries regarding upcoming events

• Liaising with suppliers and processing supplier invoices

• Liaising with various venues regarding event dates and bookings

Person Specification

• Educated to Degree level

• Knowledge or understanding of the Hebrew language is desirable

• Proven experience as a PA, EA, or Private PA (ideally 5+ years) working within a corporate environment

• Highly organised and proactive with excellent time management skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Good IT skills
