A highly successful, boutique property company based in North West London is currently seeking a PA / Administrator to support its Directors and wider team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a varied role and enjoys being at the centre of a busy office. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with on-site parking available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing PA support to Directors, including diary and inbox management
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
- Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external queries
- Supporting with general office and administrative processes
- Assisting with property and lettings administration where required
- Liaising with contractors and external suppliers
- Handling general enquiries and day-to-day operational issues
