We are seeking a professional, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join a growing legal practice based in North West London. This role will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manage incoming calls and post, and provide essential administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and visitors professionally
- Answer and manage incoming calls efficiently
- Manage outgoing post, including franking and arranging recorded deliveries
- Book couriers and maintain accurate records
- Ensure faxes and special deliveries reach the correct recipients without delay
- Maintain reception area and shared office equipment
